From the first day of the company's existence our clients have been the priority of TH "Technology Trade", and this remains unchanged. Whatever we do - expand the product line and run new solutions, introduce CRM and enhance the skills of employees, the first thought when starting any project: what additional usefulness will this give to our clients?
Representing the products of the largest European producers of ingredients, we regularly exchange experience with our partners, analyzing changes in market trends. How the demand of consumers is changing, what products are becoming more popular, what is important for the meat-processing market of Ukraine and Europe – the TH "Technology Trade" team is happy to share this information with our clients.
The past year has been rich in activities. Together with the partners the TH "Technology Trade" team organized several training seminars for its clients in Europe.
In June, together with the company "Solina"- Europe's largest producer of ingredients for the food industry, whose products we have been presenting in Ukraine since 2010 - we conducted a training seminar in Belgium.
Within five days, from 6 to 10 June, technologists of the largest enterprises of the meat industry of Ukraine were acquainted with European novelties: they studied, tested, evaluated and made a verdict. Flavour-aromatic mixes, functional mixes and marinades - a wide range of products "Solina" allows you to find a technological solution for the most demanding customers. During the seminar the guests of the event gave an expert assessed more than 100 marinades, and the best of them were immediately tested in the process of barbecue.
In August, Denmark was waiting for customers of TH "Technology Trade". The world leader in the production of animal proteins - the "Scanflavour"company - opened the doors of its laboratory, sharing first hand secrets and novelties of the market. During the week in the Danish city of Aalborg technologists of leading meat-processing enterprises from all corners of Ukraine got acquainted with novelties of the European market of animal proteins, discussed the latest tendencies and tested sausage products produced using the ingredients of "Scanflavour".
Experts of the manufacturer have shared the experience of recent researches and presented some completely new developments. The product of the new generation was of particular interest: unlike the usual animal proteins, it is extracted from the pork bones, not from the skin. It has a high activation temperature, heat-resistant, so it is ideal for use in autoclave products.
A large-scale seminar completed the cycle of educational events. It was organized by TH "Technology Trade" and leaders in the field of food ingredients production - companies "Scanflavour", "Hydrosol" and "Aromadon".
The best experts of the industry shared the latest information about the novelties of the industry, their own developments and innovative solutions for sausages and meat products on the luxury cruise liner MSC Preziosa during the week, from 12th to 19th of November. Participants of the seminar had an opportunity to ask their questions to the representatives of TH "Technology Trade", "Scanflavour", "Hydrosol" and "Aromadon" - and immediately discuss with colleagues the answers received.
Italy, Malta, Spain, France - training events alternated with entertainment program. Unique Rome - Colosseum, Roman Forum, Traforo Tunnel, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, after that - cozy tiny Valletta with narrow streets filled with cheerful tourists, sunny Valencia with its cathedral, central market, tasting of "Tigernut" - Valencia drink , the taste of which remains the subject of controversy for many guests of this Spanish city, and, finally, the port of Marseille, the city of majestic ships and the rebellious sea.
Special time was devoted to tastings of Mediterranean products: Spain pleased with traditional jamon, local "krovianka" and "chorizo". Participants of the seminar tasted the best jamon of Spain, the quality of which has been confirmed annually by "golden" awards since 2007. Hospitable Italy presented its pride - salami "Fellino", salami "Kachatore", Parma ham and several types of prosciutto.
In addition to tastings and presentations of innovative solutions from our partners, participants of the seminar were waiting for a number of events from the invited speaker – Andrei Dligach. Together with the invited speaker our clients discussed how the business should change in order to meet the expectations of consumers, what would be the market trends, what should be the advertising to "reach out" to potential buyers - and another thousand and one question.
The year was rich and interesting: we have accomplished all that we planned for these 12 months, and in 2017 we are waiting for new interesting projects.
