In early November 2015, the Trade House "Technology Trade", together with its partners, held a seminar for technologists of the meat processing industry.
The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize guests with the latest novelties and solutions in the field of ingredients for the production of sausages and other meat products. The highlight of the event was the choice of venue - for the first time the seminar took place on board the newest cruise liner "Costa Diadema", ventured from Barcelona for a trip to the Mediterranean Sea.
Thus, guests, partners and colleagues were able not only to get a lot of new useful information on technological solutions, but also to receive unforgettable impressions, because the one-week program of the cruise included a visit to Palma de Mallorca, Naples, La Spezia, Pisa, Florence, Savona and Marseille.
The theoretical part of the seminar was held in the modern conference hall on the liner board. The latest developments in the field of animal proteins were presented by the sales director of "Scanflavour" company - Heini Ostergard. Fresh novelties on flavour-aromatics and functional products were offered by the deputy director of "Aromadon" company - Leonid Shubov.
The practical part of the seminar with recommendations on the use of new products was conducted by the Innovation Director of the Trade House Technology Trade Company - Alexander Glushchenko.
The most recent novelties on proteins "Scanflavour" were presented to the participants of the seminar: -Scan Gel DI-95 - is an innovative product that perfectly combines high functionality and good solubility, which makes it irreplaceable in the meat injection; - Scan Gel SF-91 and Scan gel SF-95 were specially designed for low price sausage products, and in the finished product they confidently demonstrate dense, fibrous structure and high thermostability.

For the first time in the framework of the seminar the subject of marketing strategies and instruments applied to the meat-processing industry was presented by the commercial director of company "Trade House "Technology Trade" Alexander Donchenko.
As a result, the participants of the event received enough useful practical information, and the eventfullcruise program allowed to distract from the routine, to gather their thoughts and take inspiration for new developments.
