What the polyamide casing of TH "Technology Trade" is used for
The polyamide casing for sausages is used primarily through work on automatic and semi-automatic equipment for filling and clipping. In addition, manual binding is also possible.
Effectiveness of polyamide casing is determined by its three unique properties:
1. Universality - polyamide casing can be used not only for sausage, but also for manufacture of sausage rolls, pate, hams, brawn bockwurst, hard and melted cheeses, spreads and butter.
2. Biological safety - polyamide does not lose its characteristics even in situation of changes in external environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, etc.), and also is stable in case of contact with fats, salts and acids. Thus, the packaging does not react with the product itself.
3. Extension of shelf life - polyamide packaging protects the finished product from environmental influences. Thanks to this barrier property, the finished product in polyamide casing does not deteriorate so quickly.
